This Privacy Policy describes how ASIA TERENCE INDUSTRY CO., LIMITED (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our“) collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit https://asiaterenceflooring.com (the “Site“) or contact us through it.
We are a manufacturer and supplier of composite building materials. This Site provides product information and a contact channel for importers, distributors, contractors, and other business customers. We do not sell products directly through this Site, and we do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Our manufacturing operations centre is located at No. 204, North Hubin Road, Niutang Town, Wujin District, Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province, P.R. China.

Our Site is hosted in Lithuania, within the European Union. Our company is established in Hong Kong, and our operations centre is in mainland China. Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries.
This means your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in countries whose data protection laws differ from those in your own country. Where we transfer personal information out of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, or on a relevant adequacy decision.

We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as necessary to respond to you and to maintain a record of our business relationship, and thereafter for up to three (3) years from our last contact with you, unless a longer period is required by law or is necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Aggregate analytics data is retained according to the settings of our analytics provider, currently a maximum of fourteen (14) months at visitor level. Server logs are retained for a short operational period by our hosting provider.
When information is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised.
